The Directors of the company are:
Dato’ Chan Ching Swee @ Chin Tham Chui - Chairman
Dato Chan is a respected local community leader with a very active role in the local community activities. Presently he holds an important post in Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Kuantan.
He has more than 30 years of experience in the business sector, focusing on the housing industry and retailing business in Pahang. Since the incorporation of the Tunas Manja Sdn Bhd, he has contributed tirelessly to the growth and expansion of the group.
In 1997 he was conferred a title SMP. In 2003 he was conferred again a title of Dato' DIMP from KDYMM Sultan Pahang on the occasion of Sultan's Birthday.
Chin Yoke Kan, AAP, Executive Director
Mr Chin has been on the board of Tunas Manja Sdn Bhd since its incorporation. He has more than 15 years of experience in the housing and property development business and the retailing business. He is currently sits on the board as Managing Director in all Tunas Manja companies and oversees the day to day operations of the group.
He graduated in Civil Engineering from the University Technology Malaysia in 1982. He was employed as the Project Manager of WTID Far East Sdn. Bhd with more than 7 years working experience in Kuala Lumpur on the housing development and construction industry.
Mr Chin also serves the local community in the following capacity:
- Chairman of the Pahang Real Estate and Housing Developers Association(REHDA), Chairman of the MCA Bukit Pelindung branch
- Committee member of Kuantan Division MCA
- Member of Kuantan Local Agenda 21
- Committee member of the Privatisation Board, Majlis Perbandaran Kuantan
- Committee member of Pahang State Private and public Panel Consultative Counsil(MAMPU)
- Committee member of the National Council, REHDA Malaysia
He is also involved actively in social community and currently holds the position of Adviser to Pahang Tae-Kwando Association (GTF).
